Actually we have a development and a production environment. In
production i can reproduce it. On the dev server i cannot, we have
less load on the dev cuz we are only 10 users. On the production we
have about 300 users. But the dev server is a blade server 8 cpu with
24gigs of ram. I is better than some of our production server.

I know what you think. Hey DUDE! put it there! I say NO. because my
boss won't say yess. The dev must stay dev and prod must stay prod.

What i can try is to ask my project manager if we could test in
production by hosting them for a limited time on the dev server and
check if i can still reproduce it.

There is nothing i can do beside this hosting elsewhere? a fix or
something? working with tiles?
