I'm still blocked by this issue and would REALLY appreciate it if a Google engineer could shed some light on why the url
https://accounts.googleapis.com/accounts/AuthSubSessionToken is returning a 302 status code and redirecting to www.google.com. I'm basically just following the instructions from http://code.google.com/apis/gdata/docs/as-authsub.html line by line.
