Not sure if this is just a typo on your end or the actual URL you're trying.
But it should just be a single "accounts" in that URL:
 https://accounts.googleapis.com/accounts/AuthSubSessionToken
and hitting that should give you a 401 UNAUTHORIZED error, and not a 404.
