I thought this issue was resolved when I read (in a different thread) about 
the &showall URL parameter.  I started adding it to my RSS URLs, and it 
appeared to be working.

However, now today I'm seeing the problem again.  The following RSS URL 
should produce somewhere around 20 photos (and yesterday it was):

http://picasaweb.google.com/data/feed/base/user/103369115986217518663/albumid/5849457466666688465?alt=rss&hl=en_US&kind=photo&tag=2013+03+24&orderby=date&showall

Today, the same URL produces 4 images.
