I set up 3 conditional formating rules for a checkbook register. I set them 
to fill a particular color in Column B. The rule was B:B. That worked for a 
while, tonight it stopped. I checked the rule and it changed itself. One 
screen shot shows the rule.Another shot shows the register with my comments.

The only thing I did different tonight than in previous sessions was I 
deleted one row. That deletion caused a formula in column G to give me a 
REF! error for the last two rows. I fixed the error and those last two rows 
recalculated. However, the conditional formatting went south. I did not 
notice if the conditional formating was working prior to the row deletion. 
The last row in the screen shot of the register is 348. Can some one help 
me understand why my B:B changed to specific rows. Also why did the 
conditional formatting decide to take a day off.
