I forgot to add (as another user has noted) - The Portuguese/English
translation function has become completely useless with this "new
Improvement". It was never precise (and I never expected perfection),
but it continually improved in accuracy every time I used it (and I
loved it and recommended it to friend and colleagues) - with the
"Improved" version it will not even translate a simple sentence. My
"cut and paste" translations return some words in the original
language, and some in the target language, and some are lost
altogether - and it will not even translate a three word sentence -
this never happened before - I don't know about other languages....but
judging by the overwhelming negative feedback I don't think you hit a
home run with this "Improvement." - You know, the simple rules are the
best.... "If it ain't broke...."

I can no longer in good conscience, recommend this product to either
friends or colleagues. In fact, I have serious doubts about the
efficacy of an organization that would allow the destruction of a fine
product. (In my organization, after reading the customer feedback
associated with this "Improvement," people would be very very
nervous...) Given your stellar reputation, I humbly believe that you
owe your customers an explanation - or at least a statement regarding
recognition of the "OOPS" failure/problem, and your plans to rectify
the situation, and regain your customer confidence and loyalty... but
maybe that's just me...

Please give us back the product we loved, or as a gesture of your
integrity - direct us to other sites (yours or competitors') that
actually work....

thank you again,

Scott
