It would appear that the problem stems from using {scaleType:
'allmaximized'}. The documentation is misleading, as "allfixed" and
"allmaximized" presume the use of the "scaleColumns" option. Either change
to scaleType: 'maximized' or use the scaleColumns option to fix the problem.
