Thanks for your reply, and for taking the time to look at it. 

I'm quite happy with the ATL and it seems like significant workaround to 
implement a linechart with a dashboard to simulate the functionality of 
ATL. It looks to me that this is related to the IE layout engine and I am 
keen to find a simpler solution to have it rendered correctly on IE. For 
all other browsers the ATL are rendering just fine, so I will continue to 
play around with this for IE.

Are there anyone else who is facing this issue?
