I made a simple demo that works for me: http://jsfiddle.net/asgallant/pru5g/. 
 Once you've loaded one language, you can't switch (this might be an issue 
with the google loader or it might be an issue with the Visualization API, 
I'm not sure), but you can make the initial selection.
