Kallol, Since Dashboards only use one data table input, your bar chart would either have to be outside of the dashboard, in which case you could use change events on the chart range filter to trigger a redraw of your bar chart, or maybe you could find a way to merge all the data into one table with separate columns of data for the bar chart and the rest.
You'd have to give more details about your data before I can make more specific suggestions. Hope this helps.
