Hi Kallol,
The 'statechange' event is documented in the Events subsection under the
section about the ChartRangeFilter:

In your handler, you'll want to get the range that it was changed to by
calling the getState() method, which returns an object like { 'range': {
'start': startDate, 'end': endDate } }
