TommyBrc:

Thanks for your reply.

I could not edit the waves that are included in the below links. Are
you able to edit any one of them?

http://www.arbase.com.ar/waveTest.html
http://www.austinsrantsandraves.blogspot.com/

My situation:

I have created a wave and added my robot to it. It creates a case in
our crm system and adds pub...@a.gwave.com as a participant to the
wave. I can see that in the wave preview that it has added
pub...@a.gwave.com and granted access to everybody. When I go to our
crm system and I see the embeded wave and could edit and add blips to
it. Fine so far.

Now I login to the wave with a different wave-id and goes back to my
crm system and when I open the case I could not edit the embeded wave.
I cannot add any blips to it. It's now a read only wave. Only thing
that I could do is create a private reply. I believe, when we grant
access to the public, anybody with a wave preview account should be
able to join the conversation.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks,
Venkat Polisetti
