I guess some thing is certainly not working in the preview. I went to
your wave and it did not let me add/edit any blips. But when I
switched to a different wave and returned to this wave, it did let me
edit/add a blip.

Anyways, thanks for your help and time. Hopefully, this will be fixed
soon.
