When I started to work with GWT at the beginning of this year, I looked at version 1.4 and the trunk of 1.5. It was very quickly clear to me, that I don't bother to start with 1.4, since 1.5 looked so much improved. I work on the trunk since then, and it is great to see all the enhancements coming in every day. The trunk broke for me only once. Filed a bug, which was resolved quickly.
