Hi Greg, A few questions for you:
1) Are you using "Debug As" to launch your application's debugging session? 2) If you switch to the Debug perspective and look at the breakpoints view, are all of the breakpoints enabled? 3) If you go to Preferences (Window -> Preferences on Linux and Windows, Eclipse -> Preferences on Mac) -> Run/Debug and make sure that "Activate the workbench when breakpoint is hit" and "Activate the debug view when breakpoint is hit" options are enabled? 4) Can you tell me what is on your project's classpath?
