Thanks Ian, now, it works
I used this snippet of code in addInner() to get the corresponding
inner FlexTable:

Cell cellForEvent = tableOuter.getCellForEvent(event);
tableInner = (FlexTable) tableOuter.getWidget(cellForEvent.getRowIndex
(), 0).getParent();
