Hi Miguel, What I did was to prepend a src directory in my project and create my own implementation of GWTShell
public class GWTShell extends DevMode { } Then enter the arguments from the Debug Configurations as you would for a Java application At the very least this won't give you a popup and put all your log messages in the plugin window.
