Hi all, After a basic evaluation and successfully building a simple prototype with a GWT/Spring/Hibernate , I am considering integrating GWT with an existing Spring/Hibernate Web Application.
The existing web application is a fairly large enterprise application that is built on top of a Spring/Hibernate stack. The motivation of integrating GWT to this web application is to provide a rich UI while at the same time leveraging on the functionalities that we already have within the existing application. I would like to hear experiences of those of you out there who has tried integrate GWT to an existing large Java web application. What were your experiences and whether there were any major issues?
