Hello.  I really need some help with installing the Google Eclipse
Plugin.

I have tried to install more then ten times, and the install always
fails with a message "requires 'org.eclipse.wst.xml.core0.0.0' but it
could not be found".

Here are the details of my environment:

 - Windows 7
 - Eclipse Classic Helios
 - JDK 1.6.0_22

I've deleted and re-downloaded fresh installs of eclipse again and
again, and I've tried the update at various times over the past weeks,
and I just can't figure out what I am doing wrong.

I found some some other reports of this issue from other users, but I
can't see where anyone has identified a clear solution:
