Hi Sergey,

I experimented with many many combinations, and eventually
it appeared that it works.
I am not 100% sure, because later I decided to use a different RegExp.
and my knowledge of RegExp is basic.

when I tested x(?=y) in isolation it worked,
but when I combined it with other parts of my RegExp,
I was not getting the result I expected, therefore I suspected it must be
due to my lack of understanding of RegExp.
and I came up with another approach. (using RegExp alongside if/else and
string.split)

from Jim Douglas response I figured it must work, but I also would like some
confirmation on whether the entire JavaScript RegExp is supported in GWT.
