Hi Sachin, I believe I had the same issue when I first started working with Indigo and here is what I remember doing. I started over with a fresh download of Eclipse 3.7. Then I installed just the GWT sdk 2.4 through the Eclipse update function (not the designer or any other of the choices). At that point I checked and the option to deploy was there. Only then did I go back in to the Eclipse update function and add the additional features.
