It's a VM with 4 CPU cores (X5690 CPU, Xeon's are from Q1 2011), and 10GB of ram. It looks like the 40 minute quote was doing with localWorkers=1. On another build with localWorkers=3, the build time was 12 minutes 30 seconds.
