There is no "Notes".

There may indeed be a Notes area in a full CCR, but remember, Google Health
is only supporting a smaller "Sub-Ste" of the CCR specification.

Today, If I needed to place a note in a Google Health account, I would be
place it as a PDF file.

Just like I might ad an X-Ray.

I have done this in my Pebbles.Flintstone.Test account.
