Matthew,
Right now there is no support from Googlipse for war
functionality. It has to be done manual. Only thing Googlipse does is
to add the servlet entries in the web.xml for the RemoteServices.
The good news it that the next version will have functionality for
deploying GWT apps in external servers without any manual work.
