Gunnar,
Your patch is too big. Its loaded with few features that many
people may not use.
I'm thinking in terms of normal eclipse way of deploying web
applications. Right click the application Run As->Run on Server. I'm
working on it. The next version should be available in 1 or 2 weeks
timeframe.
