Hi, I've checked your log files and this particular problem is being caused because the device is timing out during the sync process. The device resends its last message again to the server (because it hadn't received a response from the server), but this causes the sync to shut down.
Development have been working on this issue to try and prevent these types of timeout from occurring. We hope to have a solution by the end of next week.
