I haven't received any response from support about this. I just tried it again twice today to see if it might have been fixed on the server side somehow. It hasn't. Same error.
It seems to go along fine almost all the way through, cycling through these steps several times: Waiting... Receiving... Processing... (counter increases) Sending... Gets to 1966/1984, continues with two more cycles of: Waiting... (waits longer than before) Receiving..., Processing (but counter doesn't increment this time) Sending...
