I quoted 2 pages of the wiki and what you're saying is not part of any of these pages. From the wiki, Reps represent Mozilla in the world. Either the wiki is outdated or it isn't part of the Reps program. It seems that what I'm describing is somewhat a group of people who represent volunteers instead of the current Reps which role is to represent Mozilla in the world. Maybe both group can be the same people. Maybe it's worth having them separate.
