Thanks William for your answer. It seems that the Reps program has indeed changed a lot from the definition on the wiki and I agree the wiki should be updated accordingly :-) Alongside with it, it may be worth doing some communication to explain that the scope of the program changed.
I think it's time I get interested if not involved in the Reps program if the scope has changed this way.
