#604: snow shrine prod hub public cert renewal - spoke server keystore updates

On afternoon of June 8, the SNOW SHRINE hub team will be renewing our
public certificate on the production hub only. Please note that our test
hub public certificate won't be expiring for quite some time. Please have
your spoke admin follow the instructions in the wiki page below to renew
your public key for EACH spoke server connected to the production hub. So
this (theoretically) should be two times if you followed instructions when
building your spoke server(s).

Please ask the hub team to send a file for the Java Keystore certificate
renewal. Close the child GPC ticket when you have tested to make sure
your spoke is returning a cohort. Feel free to schedule time with Keith
Wanta (kwa...@uwhealth.org) on or after June 8 to test your spoke.
