New description:
On afternoon of June 8, the SNOW SHRINE hub team will be renewing our
public certificate on the production hub only. Please note that our test
hub public certificate won't be expiring for quite some time. Please have
your spoke admin follow the instructions in the wiki page below to renew
your public key for EACH spoke server connected to the production hub.
You should repeat the commands twice if you built one server, one for each
keystore. And four times if you built two servers.
