Hi, All, We are working on GROUSE Breast Cancer project and noticed mismatching birth dates between EMR and CMS data, which may be due to different date shift strategy across sites. We have created a survey to collect information about how date shift has been done on I2B2 and CDM, as well as for patients older than 89.
