Hi, Dan, Yes, I think we are still interested in responses from MCW and IU. It would be great if we know how all the participating sites date-shift their data, which will help us design better strategies for integration (especially, in matching up the birth dates) next time.
For example, it does seem like that sites do have some differences in handling patients aged over 89 (4 sites truncate the birth dates, 3 sites don't do additional shifts and 3 new sites; more details are attached). In order to do consistent birth date shifts, shall we also ask sites for the additional birth date shifts when applicable? Or we can think about some other better design? Do you think this is a reasonable topic I can bring up on the dev call tomorrow? Handy reference: https://redcap.kumc.edu/surveys/?s=4D84R8AT7T I see in the June 11 notes that June 14 was suggested as a due date an no sites mentioned being at risk. Thanks to the 10 sites who responded: KUMC, UTHSCSA, Allina, Utah, UIOWA, MU, UNMC, Intermountain, UTSW, MCRI Song, Mary, do you want to discuss the responses in the call tomorrow at 11am central? -- Dan ________________________________ From: Gpc-dev [gpc-dev-boun...@listserv.kumc.edu] on behalf of Xing Song [xs...@kumc.edu] Sent: Friday, June 07, 2019 11:17 AM To: Gryzlak, Brian M; gpc-dev@listserv.kumc.edu Cc: Schroeder, Mary C Subject: RE: [External] A survey on CDM and I2B2 date shifts for GROUSE (2018,2019) Yes. We have created a survey to collect information about how date shift has been done on I2B2 and CDM, as well as for patients older than 89. Please click the link here to access the survey: https://redcap.kumc.edu/surveys/?s=4D84R8AT7T Thank you very much for your participation!
