Hello, I have a few questions about some of the questions.
Question 6: "Year that you began populating CDM data" Are you asking the year we as a site literally started to fill data into a CDM format? Or are you asking for the earliest year our data starts at? and Question 8: "Year that you began populating registry/billing/EMR data" Are you asking about when our institution started populating these data sources? Or are you asking when we started using those data sources in our CDM?
