I didn't really think it was serious. How could a proper "contest" be arranged if you didn't have advanced familiarity with the product? In any case BP does not yet have many of the features already in MD3 and it would not be a fair contest at this stage imho.
You can easily get a copy by registering as an early adopter. I got my copy installed it and ran it alongside MD2 for quite a while until familiar enough to "go live". There is no compulsion about it. I could have stopped using it any time and kept on with MD2. You would certainly be welcome to a copy of my install discs but what would it prove? You can check what features are there on the specs. It is fast, restarts in seconds if crashes and no ads impede the progress. The rest is the same as MD2.
