??? - each column represents a working day for a doctor. The doctor for each
column is specified (and selectable) at the column header. Where is the
problem?

Trivial to do, just another view that reuses components, and another query in
the controller

What for?

Yep. Easy to do

Squeeze-ins are part of the specs and will be implemented in the next few days

Already done.
Click on a booking -> edit screen pops up. RIght upper corner -> select status
(currently booked - waiting - in consult - billed, but you can add any number
of status tags, each tag with an assigned colour and/or icon)

Already done - just the interface for configuring is not finished yet. For
each doctor, duration of default A-D level consultations plus any numer of
other consultation type default durations can be specified (eg health
assessment)
