Obviously tech. support not interested judging by their response. I
heard that the support for MD3 is fantastic - obviously I had heard
wrong. Maybe you must ask them your money back - might wake
them

Subject: [GPCG_TALK] Latest on my MD3 patient results problemAre any other MD3 users out there having the same problem - I have had no response to my posting on the HCN forum and my PM is still trying to speak to support about this.TDr FM Janse van Rensburg

This is a copy of a message posted to the HCN form today .I checked on this specific patient today - the results that I marked as "discuss" appears NOWHERE in the main "investigation result" list. If I however click on "find patient" I can see all this patient's results - there are two results that I ticked as "discuss" and one as "no action". They appear nowhere on the main results list and more importantly does NOT print out on my lists. I have my practice manager phoning HCN urgently as this is VERY DANGEROUS and I am most concerned about the apparent loopholes in my system T
