Encrypted and signed e-mails usually verify.
In-line clear signed e-mails are subject to 'bad signature' when the
text contains non-ascii characters.
OpenPGP/MIME signed only e-mails are not usually subject to this kind of
problem, but not all e-mail clients process correctly this format.

Don't bite too hard, I believe the current MacGPG2-2.0.17 installer will
perform OK.
