Hi,

I haven't that problem. I installed version 1.3.2 using the installer release. 
I first tested the "Golden Master" release, then the final release. Never had a 
problem.

Please check that in ~/Library/Preferences/Mail/Bundles there's *only* 
GPGMail.mailbundle (version 1.3.2). If there is any additional plug-in, please 
get rid of it, and try again. Historically, Mail.app has very low tolerance for 
plug-ins.

Please also check that if you have a folder named 'Bundles (Disabled)', that 
folder is empty.
