Just to let you know that I have re-installed the GPGMail using the official image from: http://cloud.github.com/downloads/GPGTools/GPGMail/GPGMail-1.3.2.dmg It's weird that everything seems OK now. Then the problem should be related to the autoupdate... I used the autoupdate when the window shows up asking me to update... Thanks.
