Hi Rene,

most likely you're missing a component you need to decrypt the message. 
Normally you should see an error message if this happens, but maybe for some 
reason you don't.

Could you please check your console.app log to find any messages regarding 
GPGMail and send them directly to me or create a new bug on our bug tracker 
gpgtools.lighthouseapp.com and attach the console.app log.
