I've played a bit more with the Windows version today and created a simple installer with Innosetup: http://khan.thpinfo.com/~thp/gpodder-0.10.0-svn-win32-setup.exe It should work and is self-contained, so you don't have to install any dependencies - the needed parts of Python, PyGTK and GTK are included. This is just a thrown-together version of gPodder that works on Windows, I have not yet optimized the installer size (many Gnome icon theme icons are installed that are not needed) and the translations are not included (only GTK translations).
