There seems to be a bug in the u-blox firmware for SPARTN, but my free
SPARTN minutes ran out, so I can't test that anymore.

No hurry, but
please test. Especially if you have a newer u-blox receiver.  I'll try
to focus on documentation, and trying not to add anything that might
break things.
