Yo Gary,
many thanks for your feedback.
FWVER=HPG 1.13 extension
Current is 1.51. The changes are in the release notes.
I saw it.
But I do not know how to install it.
My ZED-F9P is mounted on a board from Uputronics and connected to the
GPIO pins from a RaspberryPi running Debian.
For example I can connect with "minicom" to UART1 of the receiver. There
I see all the data coming from it.
I found some articles how to upgrade a ZED-F9P without using an u-center
but they are all more cryptic than explaining.
The Canadian (
https://webapp.csrs-scrs.nrcan-rncan.gc.ca/geod/tools-outils/ppp-info.php?locale=en
) speak about E5a for Galileo but I have E5b.
u-blox considers E5A to be L5, and you are right, you do not have it.
So this could be the reason that Galileo isn't used, is it ? And what
about Glonass ? Why isn't that used ?
The script is pretty trivial. And, obviously, works for me. If you fix
it, I'll update the oage.

I didn't have time. But when I have it I let you know.
Kind regards
Hans
