As I recall that is a lot like altMSL, but corrected to match the known
errors in their legacy altitude. So not NAD83, or WGS84, etc. Dubious
for use outside of Canada. If you are using CSRS-PPP results, that is
what you are stuck with. Just flag it for what it is in the notebook.
