Which is VERY dependent on your GNSS receeiver and how it is programmed.

Very dependent on a lot of stuff.  Send me the output pf "gpscat -R -w
10" and I'll check it out.  

Do you have UBX-NAV-SIG always enabled?

The sigid stuff is newer than gpscsv, so easy to beleive something not
completely connected.
