Are you sure that is OK with the Debian Maintainer?  bzed used to be
pretty picky about that.

I was thinking of "scons shmclean" but that only remove the NTP SHM.
The issue you have is removing all the leftovers from testing.

You could do it one at a time: ipcrm  -M 0xxxxxxx

But that would be a PITA.

step on any toes.
