gpspipe -r is not helpfui, that is the pseido NMEA. -R is the right
stuff, the raw UBX. But your x20p_pipe.txt has no UBX in it.
So please try again with just -R. Of you still see no UBX, then you
forgot to configure your receiver as required.

The gpsdebuginfo is not helpful as the issue is with how you configured
your x20.
gpsd is conservative about reconfiguring your x20. To enable all the
data gpsd can use qould overload most serial lines. So unless you
enabled the requied UBX messages, they are not there for gpsd to use.
So, how did you configure you x20p?
qual comes from a few sources, like NAV-SAT. It is usually not on the
JSON unless there is an error condition. Like Sat unhealthy.
prRes also comes from NAC-SAT, NAV-SIG, or NAV-SIGINFO. Did you enable
them?
