At this point, I assume that you've been able to properly shut down the client after the SAN-boot successfully. If so, then the PCI-to-PCI bridge is sitting there in the Registry, waiting to be installed. If you boot this SAN image in a virtual machine as the "real" hard disk drive, or boot the SAN image on the original computer it came from, you can then go into Device Manager and install the device. After that, it will be already-installed for the target system.
