Thanks. I'm already working over grasswxpy.mo for PT.
One thing is that I have changed the text for the opening panel (the one
that says welcome to GRASS bla bla bla) but it's still in English.
Do you have any idea about how to change this?

We updated all po files there recently.
I see the grasswxpy_pt.po was not created yet...
I am not able to make an empty .po file now, so António, either wait
for Markus to create it or, and that's my little secret: take the
Spanish one and rename it and change the header ;) but be sure to
change all the spanish messages :D
